PRIVACY WAIVER

Kerr’s Campground is required by Federal Privacy Legislation to have occupants annually sign a
privacy waiver allowing the campground to collect, use and disclose personal information about
you/site occupants according to specific guidelines. We completely understand the importance of
your privacy and are committed to using and disclosing your personal information in a
responsible and professional manner.

• To contact you, including electronic communications, for news, updates, closures,
  account
  statements or other business related to the campground.
• To keep an accurate occupants list of accounts for the business of operating a
  campground.
• To comply with all legal, insurance and regulatory requirements.
• To allow disclosure of your name, site number and location within the campground to
  contractors, service/repair, delivery services with whom you have contracted with.
• To allow disclosure of your name, site number and location within the campground to
  any in
  person visitors whether invite d or unexpected, unless a specific instruction to deny
  entry is submitted in writing.
• To allow your image/site occupants image/trailer or site images to be used in the general
  advertising purposes of Kerr’s Campground; provided no personal information is
  shared.
