The Golf Cart owner is responsible at all times for the supervision of their golf cart. each owner MUST purchase Liability Insurance and provide proof.
Rules:
- Any golf cart being used in the campground the owner must have signed the golf cart rules waiver.
- Must be 16 years of age with a valid drivers license to drive and proof of license may be required to provide to management.
- under the ministry of transportation guidelines, the use of golf carts is restricted to only PEOPLE HOLDING A VALID ONTARIO DRIVERS LICENSE.
- all carts must stay on provided roads in the camp ground.
- Golf Carts can be driven from 9am to 11pm. after 11pm your carts must be back on your site and stay there until 9am the next morning.
- electric or (4 Stroke) gas only.
- all golf carts must have working Front and Rear Lights that are wired to the Golf Carts. After dusk, headlights are required. Homemade and Flashlights are not acceptable.
- All riders mUST be seated. No more passengers than there are seats on the cart.
- golf carts are required to follow all posted speed limit and drivers are expected to drive in a responsible manner. Which is 10km in the camp ground.
- Young Children are NEVER permitted to drive a golf cart, reach over to steer a golf cart, sit on an adults lap and drive a golf cart.
- Impaired driving in a golf cart carries the same consequences as it does with a licensed vehicle on highways.
- All Golf Carts must be approved before driving on campground grounds.

- the owners of the golf cart are responsible for anyone driving their cart.
- no driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
